A Two Day Workshop

About The Workshop: For everyone young and old, life is filled with many challenges and difficulties. Often, people are unable to cope effectively and as a result develop emotional, psychological, relational and physical problems. This workshop aims at helpingparticipants develop skills toheal themselves. It will be an amalgamation of Integral Yoga developed by Sri Aurobindo and The Mother along with techniques from modern psychology. The workshop will consist of interactive sessions and systematic exercises targeting on how to master one's mind and evolve further.

The workshop will specifically focus on:-

How to uproot negative thoughts and always stay positive
How to emerge from failures and traumas
How to combat stress
How to integrate one's body, mind and soul
How to deal with relationship conflicts and losses
How to keep one's faith intact
How to set goals and achieve them
How to overcome sleep problems

Note: For the workshop, please come in loose and comfortable clothing as we will be practicing some movement exercises.

About the facilitator: Pulkit Sharma is a Clinical Psychologist based in Delhi. He has been helping people with crisis, self-growth issues and psychological problems to remove obstacles and move forward in their life. Pulkit is also keenly interested in spirituality and that has influenced his techniques of psychological treatment. He sees psychotherapy not simply as a tool to remove symptoms but as a pathway of discovering the true self and integrating one's body, mind and soul. He has authored over 150 research papers and articles in the area of mental health, positive psychology and spirituality. He has been a mental health consultant with many organizations including hospitals, schools, colleges, MNCs and non-governmental organizations.
